It is still the immigrants
The immigrants come and bring new religions, new customs and new languages. All of this serves to break down society and established family values when multi-culturism is permitted.
Early immigration was a plus for the USA because they were more or less required to adopt a new culture and language and there were no entitlements. Each family was required to be productive.
Today it is a problem for USA and Europe. Perhaps more critical for Europe.
