Your skepticism is not entirely unfounded. This source has come up with a lot of fascinating stuff in the past, and is worth keeping an eye on. However, my instinct about web sites tells me that, like I recommended, it should be taken with a grain of salt, and independent confirmation of what shows up there is desirable.
What makes this particular piece of information stand out is that documentation supposedly was passed to U.S. government officials. If so, it has a chance of being independently verified, or debunked. If the parts about U.S. attacks are in fact true, this would be a big piece of news to our home security forces. Hopefully we will be informed one way or the other. Until then, I'll wait and see.
The other article on the web page, speculating on the non-Palestinian origin of the settlement attackers, is also interesting.
