Is that a SOLID, CONTIGUOUS half of the West Bank, all Palestinian, no Israeli settlements, no "corridors," no South-Africa-style "homeland" chunks strung together by roads? That could be a BIG difference, and maybe even an improvement over the fractured chunks of the whole West Bank that have been offered before.
