Def Secy Rumsfeld is opposed to the massive defense pork lobby to build the Crusader set piece artillary weapon. Good for Rummy. This dinosaur has no role in the wars we need to fight. As is typical with today's space & defense pork projects, subcontractors are scattered across the nation in various congressional districts.
