Don't know if you've been keeping up on the news, but the Enron thing pretty much fell flat. Despite desperate attempts by the Democrats to salvage the attack by throwing subpoenas, I don't expect this to be front page news very much any more.

And the Democrats "what did he know and when did he know it" attack is currently spiraling down into the crapper (close on the heels of the Great 9-11 Photograph Scandal). The reason is the same as the reason that the Enron investigation folded. Too many Democrats realized that a lot of fingers might end up pointed at them, and the Democratic record on national security, military funding, and support of covert operations over the past eight years is not exactly sterling.

I'm dying to see what the next item out of the Bag of Tricks is going to be.
