Could you explain how the new FBI chief, who'd been on the job for all of 1 week, could have "thwarted investigation into terrorist bombers" which could have prevented the Sep. 11th attacks???

Rowley apparently accused a supervisory special agent, not FBI chief Robert S. Mueller III, in botching the investigation of alleged terrorist conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui.
I'm sure the FBI needs to improve its investigative procedures. It doesn't need silly accusations like this.
