If the nukes fly, maybe they'll go off course and simultaneously vaporize the "tribal areas" and Bin Ladin's chumps. They will both start the war, and experience the consequences. The survivors and their descendants, ridden with cancerous lesions and inexplicable diseases, will finally learn why the people in industrialized, civilized countries, want to avoid a nuclear holocaust by all means - short of nuclear holocaust of course.
