<The reason so much of black Africa is a disaster is nothing to do with colonialism, or droughts. The trouble is the despotic behaviour of Africa’s rulers.
This needs to be tattooed onto some people's foreheads.
I'm getting a bit tired of the dreaded "socialist droughts" that have afflicted socialist nations through the entire century, and somehow possess the amazing ability to stop at their borders with free nations.
