And, what's a "warlord", anyway? It looks to be used as a perjorative term for a tribal chief, or village leader, sort of like a city mayor with a police force or a state governor with the National Guard.
But I don't know. Keep reading the term, know it's not nice, not sure how anyone gets to be a "warlord" unless it's just something a reporter types.
