Silly.
I suspect that if Arafat had done that,
1 - It would be in something besides a fundamental Christian publication. The Israelis would be all over it, too.
2 - He wouldn't take a check for 5.1 million in aid and deposit in a personal account.
3 - And if he did, which I doubt he'd do in the way your source suggests, it's interesting to see you placing mass murder on a higher moral plane than embezzlement. I suspect you didn't mean that part.
