9th US Circuit Court of Appeals rules the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional

and can't be recited in schools because it includes the words "under God." I guess it doesn't come as a surprise that the 9th is located in San Francisco. I wonder if schools will next be ordered to refuse money because it includes the words "In God We Trust."
