That tells me that the 9th has a lot of bad judges. Who knows, this ruling might have some beneficial effects in the long run. It was, as one senator called it, Political Correctness Run Amok. Perhaps this absurd ruling will help expose the overall absurdity of political correctness in general and help bring things back in line.
If this ruling stands, then I guess we can't teach kids the Declaration of Independence anymore because it refers to God 3 times. However, from what I've been reading, many kids aren't being taught American history much anymore so that may no longer be an issue.
What else would we no longer be able to teach? You couldn't talk about the Pilgrims or Puritans, you couldn't discuss Martin Luther King Jr's "I have a dream" speech ("Free at last, free at last, Thank God Almighty I'm free at last!"). It wouldn't be hard to come up with a lot of things that couldn't be taught in schools anymore because they involve religion.

Something like 29 of 30 of the 9th's rulings were overturned by the Supreme Court
