I agree that the next world war will be sparked by the fundamental differences in Islamic and Christian dogma.

But on the economy issue; many people aren't aware that we have far more oil that the Arabians. The only reason we are dependent on them is environmentalist extremism. There is a vast reservoir of petroleum that stretches from Texas to the far northeast states, and ALaska also has enough oil to see us through the next two generations.

I think any influence that mobilizes our self-reliance is desirable, as we will have to ween ourselves of Saudi oil sooner or later, and better sooner.
