You had to know that all those ‘”friendly fire” incidents were either the result of a Rambo attitude or incompetence, and they aren’t incompetent. There were too many for "collateral damage", and the war wasn't hot enough on a grand scale to have "for" spreading very far. (Much past Geraldo, anyway. Has anyone seen him since he took so many chances in Afghanistan?)

The Brits have been there more often, and know there's a price for these things. They realize the hicks don't worship the mighty warriors from the West.

The Canadians had the clout to have their incident investigated. The rest of them don’t.
