OK. Do you repeatedly and credibly tell a nation you are going to attack it's leader, that you have authorized the use of force against it's leader, and not expect an attack?

If Iraq announced a public policy of using force to remove GWB could they expect an attack?

Seriously. What better way is there for GWB to invite an attack on the US?

Put it another way. If he wanted them to attack, what would he do? Threaten them?

(Why does he seem to want that? Oil, maybe?)

And, if they are as hellbent upon attacking us they say, why haven't they?

(And another aside. The US dumping Agent Orange on people was chemical warfare. We didn't care who was down there, we dumped it. There were even our own folks from time to time, and the powers that be knew it wasn't good for folks.)
