Ya see, there are Republican facts, and Democratic facts, conservative facts, and liberal facts.

Global warming is a fact to liberals, while it's a myth to conservatives. Nothing to it.

Arsenic is a strange substance. Harmful to the children of Democrats, it is absolutely harmless to the children of Republicans. In fact, a bit helps.

The Bill of Rights is more than a dreamy idea to Democrats, "nice unless it gets in the way" to Republicans.

A Democratic fact is that CO2 is an odorless greenhouse gas, and regardless of climate cycles will contribute to warming. For Republicans, CO2 smells like money and may even contribute to global cooling.

Go figure.

So, the factual situation is murkier than one would think. On balance, though, I think conservative kids have it easier. Tougher constitutions, do better breathing Nx compounds, drinking arsenic, and handle warm weather better.
