I think you're wrong here. The current rules have corporations paying taxes. Given that fact, the playing field needs to be level. If I run my company here in the US, employ people and pay taxes, I'm at a disadvantage to another competitor with a faux off-shore location.
Flat taxe rate, no deductions or loopholes is a good 1st step for everyone.
