There never has been such a thing as just plain "terrorism", then. It's always justified as retaliation, by both sides, all the time.

The only thing which separates civilized countries from terrorists is a profound, effective, sincere respect for innocent life. When that's gone, they are all terrorists.

There is immoral equivalence in killing innocent people.
