Give this a little thought. What scenarios would have people's hands tied at the target site? Is this a typical Afghan wedding custom? (Heck, for all I know it actually could be, knowing how women are often treated there).

I would venture to guess that the Air Force pilots probably did not land, tie people up so they couldn't run away, and then take off again to bomb them.
