He is confident he can hide the evidence and confuse the issue until he is ready to strike.
And if he is lucky, he can get a little herd of congress persons to hold as hostage while he is at it.
Can we get tommie daschle to lead the group, and goron to advise it on the ground? Maybe the greatest President of modern times can go to assist as well?
