No you're not.

And, in our incursion into Southeast Asia which left 58,000 Americans dead, a larger percentage of them were poor folks who couldn't afford to stay in college with those deferments. Whose MOSs should have read "grenade, rifle and mortar fodder".

By definition, practically, Democrats. While Bush joined the ANG and went AWOL from that, after Uncle Sugar spent a fortune teaching him to fly an airplane. (And the guy had the courage to stand on the same stage as McCain. The only bit of courage Bush has ever displayed.)

But, like the later matter with the SEC, Daddy's prominence got him out of that. AWOL was considered "desertion" for many folks, and was serious even when not.

For poor folks. Not wealthy Republicans.

A disproportionate number of poor folks will fight the next war, too.
