Perhaps somebody's got to do the dirty work the UN neglects to do
Perhaps the world could be improved little by little by, once each year, choosing the very worst government in existence, invading that country, and wiping it out.
Hmmm. Maybe we're doing that already...last year Afghanistan, this year Iraq, next year...
