<9-11 appeared to wake us for a time but a lot of people appear to be drifting back to their slumber. Will we need another wake up call before they take the world seriously?

The world will never be taken seriously, Larry. It’s too big, and there are simply too many voters out there who presume that the war just fought was the Afghanistan War, and that the War on Terror is really nothing more than Home Security. They’re too busy to see any direct connection, failing to realize that the War on Global Terrorism is a genuine, global war, one that is going on daily in every major city on the planet, whether it’s officials employing enforcement to their laws, or U.S. negotiators trying to get responses from those countries who refuse to act.

They don’t get it, because that’s not what they’re paid to do.

What they do get is 500 channels on their TV, and a remote to surf,
