It goes without saying who's going to be paying the lion's share of any such "tax" on productivity and ability. This gives the Third World thugs exactly what they've always wanted: the ability to siphon cash directly off of the West without having to go through all that phoney "starving children" crap they have to sell to get foreign aid, and money from guilty liberals.

It's bad enough we have to pay our own government ruinous tax rates that, had they been enacted during colonial times, would have caused our ancestors to sail to England and kill King George in his bed. To add to this a big chunk of my money to scum like Mugabe would be really too much.

Fortunately, I think there are still enough sane people in America to squash this, but note for future reference those Americans who will support it.
