Granted, Raoul, Hussein isn't particularly liked in the US, and it is from this that the investigations brew. People keep sounding off about the lack of evidence, but this supposed lack does not translate into lack of crime. Hussein is guilty. He continues in the purchase and construction of WMD. He has to come down. He has to be brought before the courts.

Actually, his best chance of living another 3 years is to do just that. Only when the court system in functioning can the world's political dealers clamor around and grant his pardon.
