Bob Kerrey, Joe Biden and a number of other Democratic leaders understand the threat represented by Saddam if he is allowed to develop nuclear weapons. I fully expect there to be strong bi-partisan support for Bush finishing his dad's business. These guys make me proud to be associated with the Democratic party. They put the nation's security above politics. I get so disgusted when people blanket label all democrats as unpatriotic. There are only a few vocal loudmouths on the fringes who give dems that image.

In fact, the most unpatriotic act I've seen in recent years was the Republican Congress voting a 2 (or 3?) month deadline to cut off funding to our military(!) while the were engaged in combat in Kosova. Talk about an unconsciencable and unpatriotic act! What happened to leaving politics at the shoreline? If the Dems had done that to a Republican president you guys here would be howling about it for DECADES to come!
