Dashle is a member of the Bourgeois and as such he is hell bent on keeping the poor of the world beaten down just like he beats down the american working man to hold onto his powerbase.
Without the poor underclass he could never get re-elected with his do-goooder approach to all things political.
He is Bush's lap dog. The third world prolitariat (and Canada too) must unite around Sadam Hussain and overthrow the capitalist Pigs who care only about re-election and oil.
