not condemn the American (Regan-Bush) political regimes who drew up those battle plans for him?

In many areas if one plans to murder someone, even though someone else pulls the trigger, they are guilty of murder.

If one is the "mastermind", isn't one guilty, too?

How do you get around that.

And, attacking Hussein is NOT attacking terrorism. It's attacking someone so you can loot their house.

If you want to attack the people involved with using WMD in Iraq, a sane person in touch with reality would have to include Reagan-Bush.

Ah, but I forget. They are conservatives, and conservatives aren't responsible for their actions. Not responsible for National Security, it goes on and on and on.

Sorry to bother you with that. We'll wait for a Democratic administration so as to get responsible politicians and their appointees.
