I need to clarify this a bit...by no means should these guys be prosecuted for making cracks in a restaurant. This ain't a totalitarian country yet. But running the toll booth, and then not cooperating with the cops should at least get them cited and subjected to a more extensive investigation. And why did the dog sniff explosives when none were found?
