What does that say about a Democrat's ability to make quick decisions in a time of crisis?

--Excuse me, the WTC has just been hit by terrorists. I think its important that I not address the issue until after the next election. Afterall, I would hate to politicize the event. And can anyone reasonably expect the elected leaders of the United States Congress to be able to debate this topic fairly while under the constraints imposed by their desired re-election...(Tom Dashel)
