I must have missed something.
Keeping oil moving is a legitimate security issue, just like freedom of the seas has always been. I don't see the FBI in this role, though. It's a Navy job.
If you want private destroyers and missile frigates doing the job instead, I'm game. Careful what you wish for, though.
