If this woman has a mechanism that would have made peacefully arresting Osama Bin Laden possible, I would dearly love to hear it. Maybe she has an idea for hauling Saddam into court too without going through his army first. Maybe if you could get Superman to sign up as a cop, it would work.
War may not be pleasant, but it often works. And yes, violence does settle things.
