And a wise person knows that only fools use power except as a last resort. For instance, if picketing would do any good, no one would ever need to picket. The threat is enough.

Let's look at it another way. If we could disarm Iraq without killing American kids, why not? Why kill more kids than is necessary? (There is a reason, but it's not disarming Iraq. That can be done without killing Americans.)

Must be something pretty valuable. And, it's ALWAYS about money.
