Isn't it one of the arguments , heard in 1991, for having left Saddam at power?
The problem is that there is no middle class in Iraq. There are a few rich devoted to Saddam and a huge majority of people, victims of the dictator and the embargo.
They wil become an easy proy to religious minded charismatic leaders.
Does George Jr realize those things?
