* read the notes taken
* see if there is an actual case
I'd say a gun was jumped, kicked around, then pounded into the ground. Smells rotten? Yeah.
We're working on U.S. soil here. It's not like we're in a hostile land trying to catch bad guys. By now, we should know how to go about a proper arrest and conviction.
