Your wrong again as usuall

"Next. L. J. - "To put it on a more personal level, if you saw someone drawing up to throw a punch at your head, do you let him strike you or would you try to block the punch?"

"Currently, under the laws of 50 States of the United States, you CAN block the punch.

"You cannot hit first. Period."

Bowser please review a legal textbook...

"Drawing up to throw a punch" is defined as an "assult" and yes, you do have a right to self-defense when assulted.

Does that mean you can kill someone who is "Drawing up to throw a punch..." Well, there lies the real question... Sometimes yes, Sometimes no... It depends on a legal unknown called "Reasonableness". But unfortunatly, "Reasonableness" can only be understood by individuals who are "reasonable".
