And it is disgusting, frankly.
This was the same rationale used to attempt to rewrite election laws in 2000 to justify selective recounts and multiple recounts to attempt to push algore over the top.
The dems see law as just a road bump on the way to power.
Losing an election is not equal to disenfranchising.
Torrecelli, and the dems in the smoke filled room are the ones disenfranchising the voters.
This is a cheap and illegal power play on the part of the dems and they know it.
