What do you expect from a Banana Republic?
Was anyone really surprised that the New Jersey Supreme Court just wiped their butts with the law? Seems I recall reading recently that the now ignored law was written and signed just last year - by a Democrat controlled state legislature and a Democrat governor. I guess they never thought it'd ever be used against a Democrat. I'll see if I can find a reference to back up the date on the law.
