His patronizing "I am a republican" spiel he says over and over again whenever he speaks publicly rings so calculated - when he should really be saying "I am an opportunist and sell out to foreign powers. I have no concern about objectivity so long as the money is green and in large quantities."

He attempts to disgrace the marines by his actions - but that word "former" fortunately gets in the way.

A paid hooker will tell you you're "good looking" - and Ritter will tell you your war is "illegal and unconstitutional" - but at least the hooker isn't selling out her country.

Bottom line - Ritter is less respectable than a hooker.
