Taking all this documentation at face value, which is a large stretch, and ignoring the usual "Big Business = Facism" socialist bullshit, one still has to put this in perspective, distinguishing dealing with Hitler's Germany before the war, and dealing with them during the war, or after. Before the invasion of Poland in 1939, and later revelations of the Holocaust, Hitler was considered no worse by most nations than any other somewhat screwy national leader, pretty much the same way as Americans in more recent years dealt with Soviet leaders like Gorbachev, or currently engage in vast business dealings with Red China.
Yet the documented Soviet and Chinese abuses of their citizens, including the killing of far more than 6 million of them, and rampant anti-Semitism in the Soviet Union, doesn't seem to bother anyone today in their dealings with these nations.
It's also worth asking yourself who's pushing hardest to remove the economic embargo on Cuba.
The basic philosophy of Nazism appealed to many simple and/or misguided minds back then, similar to the way Marxism dazzles such idiots today.
After the war started there was, of course, little excuse for any Americans dealing with Germany.
