They're in the highest tax baracket & will be forced to pay the highest tax.

Then they're going to get paid whatever the State of Oregon says they should get paid. Never mind what it costs.

Won't it be a hoot if this actually passes.

If I lived in Oregon, I'd vote for it! Then move.
