Claiming responsibility
We may need to get used to no one taking credit.
Whether it is antrax, snipers, Indonesia or the WTC incident, no one claimed responsibility. Claiming credit is pointless and actually works against your cause by focusing retaliation and reducing confusion.
Look at the resources that were devoted to pinning the WTC on al Qaidi and there are still some that refuse to believe/admit they did it.
