Because he's been skimming money from numerous "Islamic Charity" front organizations.

While poor Muslims starve, Osama spends their money pretending to be Rambo Bin Ladin.

If he is alive, he's probably crusing around the South Pacific on a large yacht searching for an exotic port of call while he tries to figure out where his scheme to take over Afganistan went wrong.

The cave thing? You think Osama would really sleep in a cave?
