They know of no one else. He had no competition (not that it would have been allowed).
What bothers me is that the results even came in. I wonder at the technology used, and whether the voting didn't actually occur at the cabinet level, and no lower. It wouldn't be the first time the box was stuffed, and I find it hard to believe the current lying, cheating, raping, murdering, torturing regime would be so -- honest.
