There are many other countries in Africa or Asia where there's no opposition And where so called elections show from 95 to 99% voting for the dictator.
And the ruthless dictator Hussein is as ruthless now as he was when he came to power or even before. Then, he wasn't called "evil" by the western world, but he ruthlessly killed his opponents.
