Fingerprinting in general.

Is fingerprinting people worth it?

Because you can't fingerprint all people. What about people visiting from out of the country? And there WILL be people visiting from out of the country, even illegally.

The old conservative - If you can't positively fingerprint ALL guns, you shouldn't fingerprint ANY guns.

Why shouldn't that go for human fingerprints too? Unless the premise is BS, that is.
