The linchpin of GWBs foreign policy collapses.

"you are either for us or against us" in the war for civilisation against evil. George W. Bush, September 2001

Pakistan trades North Korea nuclear technology for missiles.

In his State of the Union speech, Bush condemned Iraq, Iran and North Korea as an "axis of evil."

Now, a military dictatorship, such as Pakistan, supplying nuclear technology to a member of the "axis", as is North Korea, means Pakistan is against us.

But they allow our troops to harass and kill Pakistanis. They must be friends.

But they are not a democracy, and they are supplying nuclear technology, etc. There goes the foreign policy of the United States of America. And Puerto Rico. And Guam. And that colony across the Big Pond, Britain.

Do you think the world may not be as simple as is The Little Monkey? Might it be that matters are more complicated than "you are either for us or against us"?

Can someone who cannot think past "for us or against us" be leading the most powerful nation in the world. I mean, is it safe to have someone so limited in office they can't grasp the realities, as GWB has demonstrated himself to be.

(I've just quoted him, and noted the inconsistencies in his view of the world and the real world.)

Clearly, not. But, bigawd, when GWB manages to invade North Korea AND Pakistan I'll change my mind about it being about oil and revenge.

Until then, I really don't see how a reasoning person can believe otherwise.

Arf (all he has to do is invade Pakistan and North Korea and I'll believe him)
