Antisemitism
Distributing the book "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion" at anti-Israel protests is making more than a simple statement about the politics of Israel. And what Sullivan is pointing out is that a number of anti-Israel positions are difficult to explain from any other motivation, although I would say a general hatred of the West may have a lot to do with it as well.
Palestine has not exactly come up short in the aid department either, having sucked in a few billion so far that somehow never quite manages to get past the leadership.
