It would involve bombing bridges, burning fields and houses, and mass starvation. In 4 or 5 years time, the few remaining Chechnians would adapt a more peacefull attitude toward their Russian masters. Really no need for nukes. Their too messy and make it difficult for Russian settlers who will eventually move in on the empty farm lands..
