It seems most of them are playing the same game
I read an article on this last month. Virtually all of the telecoms ran up billions in debt building up their infrastructure, then get out of debt free by going bankrupt. That means their competitors have to do the same thing or be at a competitive disadvantage. Man, that stinks, especially for the companies that are trying to operate aboveboard.
